Cushman & Wakefield is a leading global real estate services firm that delivers exceptional value for real estate occupiers and owners. Cushman & Wakefield is among the largest real estate services firms with approximately 51,000 employees in 400 offices and 70 countries. In 2018, the firm had revenue of $8.2 billion across core services of property, facilities and project management, leasing, capital markets, valuation and other services.
Within the large Cushman & Wakefield business there are specialist teams that focus on various specific property classes. Conscient are engaged to help with on of these specific groups – the Data Centre Advisory team.
The main Cushman & Wakefield website is content rich and consequently the specialist Data Centre Advisory practice was rather lost amongst it. So it was decided that a microsite that would stand alone and could highlight the unique services provided whilst still keeping close brand alignment and be transparently linked to the main site would be a good approach.
Conscient designed the site and created all the content, including the copy describing the DCA teams’ skills and specialist knowledge. In addition an insights section was delivered so that the site could be lead-generative, with potential customers leaving their contact details in exchange for interesting articles, reports and blogs.
The site was delivered on time and in budget and has enabled the DCA practice to link additional content from LinkedIn as well as benefit from incoming client enquiries.
Conscient’s ability to create original material without constantly referring to our clients for information and copy is enabled by our thorough understanding of the business sectors we serve.
